Worst service ever. UPS send me to 3 droping points and none of them accepted my package, (too big, too heavy to ....), even though I provided the information about size and weight. I was running around after work for 2 hours and in the end they didnt accept my package. I already paint online. So scheduled a pickup appointment and after delivery they booked another 50% of the initial price without any information, notification or reason.

Disgrace! I've created shipping on the UPS website. Paid for 4 boxes and got only 3 labels and 3 tracking numbers so the 4th box was not sent because of this and got lost because I had to leave the country and nobody helped me with this although I called many times to solve the issue. Costumer service said was normal but it is not so I lost 17€. Lost another 10€ because no driver came or knocked on the door or rang the bell and did not left any ticket after me rescheduling everyday because costumer service said I had to do it. Lost 80 euros on calls when no representative could tell me what documents I needed for international shipping waited ever call about 40min to speak with a supervisor that never ever answered the call while they are not allowed to call you back. After 3 days had to leave the country so I had spent another 20€ for an Uber to take the boxes to an UPS access point or the boxes would go missing like the 4rd box. Paid for signature on delivery which nobody asked me for it when I have collected. Also on delivery I have waited the whole day the driver said he passed there but once again no ticket was left on the mail box or called or rand the bell. So I lost about 127€ without receiving the services I paid for. Do not ever waste your time money and patience with these incompetents because I never thought was possible to be scammed by the official UPS.

Not the first time UPS marks a package as "delivered to the collection point" when it’s clearly not there. Do not trust this company or at least not their delivery staff!

I called customer service: the first agent I got was extremely rude and unhelpful, then the call got cut off. I called back and spoke to a lady who was more polite, but the issue remained unresolved.

The staff at the collection point even told me they often face this kind of problem with UPS deliveries, packages marked as delivered but never actually scanned or received. They even suspect some packages may be stolen or falsely marked as delivered. Interestingly, they said they’ve never had these issues with DHL.

If you're a business: please don’t choose UPS for your deliveries, you risk losing customers and damaging trust.

I used the company's service to send a package to Norway (the carrier is UPS Poland, EPAKA Poland is the intermediary). When I sent it, I gave the list of goods (with lithium ion batteries) to the staff to make a declaration list and EPAKA's staff did not notify me of anything. When the package arrived at the UPS warehouse, UPS said that they did not agree to transport it because it contained lithium and asked to destroy the box. I did not agree and asked to cancel the shipping, return the package to me and refund the service fee. EPAKA said that the cancellation of the shipping would take up to 120 days because the customs declaration file had to be withdrawn.

I waited 120 days (from 10/04/2025 to 10/08/2025) and contacted them again (complaints department and customer service department) on 11/08/2025. But for more than two weeks until now (29/08/2025), they have not responded exactly when I can receive the package and refund. They just kept replying that UPS did not respond to them when they sent a request email, I asked them to call UPS directly for an exact answer but they remained silent. So UPS lost the package or wanted to force me to agree to destroy the battery so they could send the package and not need a refund, so they intentionally did not respond to EPAKA's emails and calls or UPS colluded with EPAKA to force me to do the above.

So this is the working principle of UPS Europe in general and UPS Poland in particular. This is called intentional fraud and appropriation of other people's property.

For an international customer, this is a terrible experience. I do not understand how the company can survive in the market with this way of working.

Dont give a zero because its not possible. Worst delivery company in Belgium . Avoid at all costs. Delivery staff lie about packages being delivered when the they came the day after. Express times not respected. Packages left outside in the rain

Same horrendous experience here in Belgium : the parcel arrived from Germany in no time and is now stuck somewhere (they don’t say where). The tracking says the adress needs an update (the adress given to the company is the right one, it’s written in the invoice, I don’t see where is the issue). When I try to update the address online Im always sent back to the first page I started at without being able to proceed. Then I entered my adress in my account details, they send me a paper letter that will take 5 to 7 days to arrive with a PIN!! Seriously Use DHL not UPS. Im asking for a refund from the company where I bought the item letting them deal with getting the parcel back. Such a loss of time!!!

The worst service I’ve ever had. I am surprised it still exists in Belgium for some reason. The package arrived in Belgium from Ukraine(It’s war time) in two days. To UPS in Brussels, it took TWO MONTH for this service to deliver it to the pickup point. I called them often, every time they promised that it is already delivered and I can check after work, but it never was, they apologised and did not deliver again and again.

But it’s a new situation now, I did not choose this crap, but Vinted did choose UPS for me. To be honest I forgot how bad they were. But today I remember. I took time off at work to be home between 16-19:00 to wait for delivery guy to come and pick up my parcel. Guess what, he did not show up! No message that he is not coming, no call or email. UPS just doesn’t bother with all those things. Literally the worst package service I’ve seen in the entire world so far.

This must be one of the worst companies in the world. Multiple times I had terrible, terrible experiences when people had packages sent to me via UPS. DO NOT USE this company!
