I recently had an outstanding experience at STG Auto, thanks to Tim and Scott. Tim, the car salesman, was phenomenal and brought a sense of humor to the process, making what can often be a stressful experience enjoyable. He worked tirelessly to ensure I got the best deal possible on my 2010 corvette!

Scott, the sales manager, was equally impressive. His knowledge about every aspect of the vehicles and financing options helped finalize the deal quickly and smoothly. Together, they made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend STG Auto for anyone looking for a fantastic car-buying experience!

I can factually say that despite one low key surprise at the end of the purchase, this was a good experience. Our salesman went out of the way to suggest different vehicles, do the research with me to determine the vehicle, actually go get the vehicle ( went to Bellflower, CA ) in order to procure the vehicle for our inspection and eventually purchase. The ONLY negative experience was a promise made to me during the test drive and inspection of the vehicle. At first I thought I was in error with my assumption, but after talking to my mother in law ( who was with me during the test drive ) I can say that we were promised a completely clean ( 95% true ) & full tank of gas ( 100% NOT TRUE ). "Gassing up" the vehicle ONLY means HALF of a tank. After the purchase and being gone from the lot about 12min ( we noticed the tank was half full ) I called to inform them that our tank was NOT FULL despite the promise made before the sale and was told that "gassing it up meant HALF FULL. To completely fill it up, our salesman would had to have asked his manager for permission to do so. I'm pleased with the sale, but I'm slightly disappointed with the blatantly broken promise of a full tank. We are pleased with the vehicle, I can at least say that. Finding it in their stock and getting it to us was definitely the "High Spot" of the experience. Julian is a good salesman and accommodating. We just have a "bad taste" about the last promise being broken. That was the only negative aspect of our purchase. We kind of felt lied to. I definitely felt slightly "lied to", but... In the end, it's a sale. What can be said?
