We are very pleased with our purchase! Our sales rep, Collin Miller, was friendly and not aggressive. The finance guy, Dominykas, was so personable and quick. We felt the price we paid for our Ram 1500 Laramie was fair. The truck is immaculate. I would highly recommend Skyway Honda. We visited several other dealerships in town and Skyway was definitely the most professional. Wonderful experience overall. Hubby is very happy as you can see. 🙂

A Perfect Experience TWICE! I do NOT darken the door of dealerships until my husband has scoped it out, made the deal, and the only thing left for me to do is put my name on the dotted line. However...NO NEED TO DREAD WALKING INTO THIS DEALERSHIP. We had a fantastic experience with our Sales Associate, Jeff Enabnit, when purchasing our 2022 Honda Pilot which made our return to him to add a 2024 Honda Accord to our household a pleasant visit and another perfect purchasing experience. Absolutely NO PRESSURE, HONEST, HELPFUL, & PLEASANT! Heading to the finance office to complete our sale was absolutely no different: NO PRESSURE, LOW-KEY, PLEASANT experience. Got my vehicle from here after my other one went haywire, had a great experience with all of the staff. The manager of the business even came around and offered ice-cream to everyone on site. The financing team did amazing with helping me get payments I could afford and I have an amazing new working vehicle because of the amazing staff here! My uncle has previously gotten 3 vehicles from them and they were excited to assist with my first owned car!

This dealership is a joke. The service department is an absolute train wreck. They are always trying upsell you on BS conditioners for your engine or fuel systems. They never break down individual prices. Just try to give you package prices. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation appointment at 10:30 am. Something like that I would expect to take 45 mins to a 1 hour.Well we saw many people come and go. Even some who came in after us. So at 12:15 pm we inquired about our car after waiting for 1 hour and 45. Trying to be patient. They went back and said it would be a little longer just got to vacuum and send thur the car wash. by the time we got our car back, it was just after 12:30. It took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation for a scheduled appointment. Unacceptable. Stay clear of this dealership unless you want your time waisted.

This place sold me a wrecked car and lied about. Within a month of driving the car, I need ONE new brake and ONE new rotor. Another Honda dealership confirmed it had been wrecked and also stated i need new struts. I had to fight with them to buy the car back but continued to deny the car had been wrecked and denied it needed any of the repairs another Honda dealership stated it did. After selling the car back to them, I checked the CarFax a few weeks later to see they had in fact made all of the repairs that the other dealership identified because the car had in fact been wrecked. It was sold as “certified pre owned” but the inspection they “completed” in no way matched the actual state of the car.
