Gran estacionamiento. Lo que si vi es que la dirección es perfecta en el google map. Tienda bien surtida, no es muy grande pero tiene de todo. Fuimos en temporada de halloween, y habia de todo.

Thee WORST Party City. Every time I go the lines are crazy long and there is always a handful of employees sitting off to the side chatting while the line swirls all the way into the entrance area. Today I went to pick up balloons and the manager as well as 4 other employees blatantly ignored me to keep chatting while I sat there having yet being acknowledged. My money us just as good as everyone elses and if they feel like it’s appropriate to leave a customer unattended, I’ll take it elsewhere. If you wanna sit around and gossip, go to happy hour ladies.

Purchased a mask online went to pick it up here my gf ask the cashier why doesn’t the mask light up she said you need to add the batteries so I did just that and inside was all rusty light didn’t work also the mask was with tap like if someone returned it from a year ago when I went to return it was the online mask when only it said they have 3 in stock I just stay with it added rust cleaner and luckily it works

This review is specifically for the old woman that works in the ballon section she is about 5ft with dark black hair. I didn't catch her name but she has GOD AWFUL customer service. I placed my order for “car pickup” apparently on their end it came in as “in-store.” A system error I imagine. I was waiting in my car and no one was coming out. I called twice only to be put on hold twice for quite some time. When I decided to go inside to get my order feeling bad because maybe they are slammed, I see my order sitting on the counter. I grabbed it asked the old lady if I can take it, holding the code on my phone in the other hand where she reprimanded me saying I couldn’t take the order off the shelf. I explained I had been waiting and no one was notified which is why I came inside. I continuously was met with push back. She needed to get the last word. Extremely unprofessional. I am the customer. I placed an order. I wasn’t met with the service offered, for WHATEVER reason. Where is your service you are providing me? The conversation should have been as simple as “can I see your code?” But it wasn’t. She was rude. She was belittling. She needs to relearn how to treat the people who are paying to purchase items for her establishment. Vieja bruja.

We received the worst customer service from Katrina today. We purchased two balloons from another store, and shortly after one of them started to visibly deflate, filling the car with Helium smell. We stopped by this location on the way home to see if they can replace/issue a refund for one of the defective balloons. Katrina very rudely told us that she would need to charge us at least $5 to refill the balloon (balloon costs $10), which would not have resolved the issue anyways, and also told us it’s our fault for “leaving the balloons in the car.” If the heat were to have caused the deflation like she rudely assumed, it would have affected the two balloons equally. To this argument she told us that one of the balloons must have been closer to the window. (So silly…obviously the balloons were floating freely inside the car so one cannot be always closer to the window than the other consistently) Not only did she have no intention to help us from the beginning, she did it with sarcasm, and a terrible attitude. She certainly does not meet the basic expectations of a customer facing job.
