I went in completely helpless on how to use a special program I downloaded or editing and printing. I was lucky enough to have been helped by Melanie. She is a superstar that you can tell loves her job and her customers. While I was there I was able to witness how she kept her cool with every guest and was constantly smiling with everyone . She is what I call an amazing person !!! Definitely switching all of my needs and all of my companies needs to this store because of her.

I needed assistance boxing a package for shipping, and Anthony was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He helped me find the perfect box and provided the appropriate foam to ensure my item would be well-protected during transit. His service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond. Excellent employee and a great overall experience!

REI at this store was fantastic. Despite the customer load at the time, he was able to give everyone attention and professional service making sure everyone left satisfied. at first I entered the store stressed but came out relieved that they were there. I never had such an experience when it came to printing and he made it memorable and easy. thank you.

I don't know how these companies stay in business. Or for how long before they have to go out of business. Everything is twice the price as Amazon Arrow stapler is $45 on Amazon it's $22 that is ridiculous why would I pay double for something that I can get for half the price. You guys are out of control good luck staying open with those prices

Service was great all the employees were helpful . Lined moved a little bit slow but it's not the employees fault the actual machines go very slowly. Place looks clean even tho there are some stains on the rug.

I don't usually complain and it has always been my favorite Office Depot. I usually send what I am going to print to their email, yesterday I went to print and David helped me today I go because I was missing 2 Sheets! and when I stood in front of the employee she said, Hello, I sent an email to print some sheets and she responded with a question: Did they send me a code? I say no ? and he tells me that they have to send me a code and I tell him they have never sent me a code and he answers that then I have to check the other email so that they can send me a code, I tell him I'm a little rushed and now I I'm seeing that they have already arrived on her computer, without any client in front! Go to the machines, it's faster there. It's okay if things changed from last night to today. But it is also important to be kind and empathetic with the client and you are not doing anything.

Only one person working at the print and copy departament , I talk to the manager and she can't do nothing, that was her answer.
