The whole sales team at this dealership is absolutely fantastic. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone along the way, especially Damon, my sales rep. Fantastic customer service, especially from Damon. 2 days before picking up my new car, BMW had a recalled, which meant that I could not get my car. Damon worked with me, provided a loaner and kept me informed on regular basis. I now have my car and could not be happier.

This was my second time getting the Texas state inspection done at Mini of Austin for my Volvo C30. The wait time was estimated to be up to 2 to 3 hours before my volvo c30 could be inspected. Thanks to the awesome service team led by Tom, I was ready to go within an hour. A huge thank you to two service team members, Jax and Eric, who remembered me from last year and were attentive and courteous to me. ☆☆☆☆☆

Loved dealing with Mini of Austin and Steven Guerra. Traded in a 22 Countryman and picked up a beautiful 2025 JCW Countryman. We came from out of town to get the car and everything went very smooth. Finance office was great, friendly , and easy to deal with. I can’t recommend them more- awesome Mini Dealer.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Took my mini here due to stalling and they handed me a 10 page paper w/everything that was wrong w/ my car totaling $13,000 but no exact diagnosis. They offered to buy my car for $1,000 but were selling an older model in much worse condition for $11,000 online. They were set on one of the problems being a computer of the car even after I told them the computer was six months old. I finally gave in and they changed it- 1. The car stopped working 3 months later. 2. The “new” piece they put in was 10 YEARS OLD. They also broke a piece while the car was in their hands and made me pay for it ($778). You’d think that the mechanic at the mini DEALERSHIP would know the car best. WRONG. I knew more about my car than any mechanic/technician that worked on my car. I shipped my car to a trusted mechanic in FL and he was about to diagnose my car in 30 minutes- the car runs PERFECTLY now. I love my mini but I would never trust this dealership.
