This place should get zero rating and unfortunately google doesn’t allow for that, I made a purchase from this Lowe’s for washing machine, dryer and refrigerator. I had to visit them 4 times to have my issues fixed.

1. To make the purchase
2. To process the returns that are delivered with issues ( the people who delivered the products doesn’t have any connection with Lowe’s team as per Lowe’s team member information). Initially the person was not even ready to listen to me that I can return the things in 30 days from delivery. He was keep saying that I only have 2days time to return.

Finally he found that I have Lowe’s credit card and can return in 30days.

Then he processed return and also placed order for new replacements.

During this time he didn’t place the return for entire order including the refrigerator and coverage and refund processed only for the refrigerator not the coverage.

New refrigerator placed with new coverage package and when I check my bill I see the gaps and again returned to the Lowe’s.

3. There was no person available at appliance area and had to go back without any assistance.

4. Yesterday I had to visit again for the same issue and I’m finally able to get the person attention to refund the coverage amount.

I received a voicemail from their refund team that I need to contact someone else.(screenshot attached).

This is how we suffer though we made multiple visits to the Lowe’s and also waited for them correct their mistakes.

People are nice and the store was clean.
Variety of product is lacking AND the products that they do stock are out. I tried making this my go-to store with their credit card and everything but I am consistently disappointed by their lack of product and the overall lack of knowledge of the employees. If you want to win in a service industry stock your shelves and hire experts otherwise we'll just order from Amazon

So apparently if you make a cash transaction and you don’t have a receipt they won’t issue store credit! According to the rude store clerk she told me this started since March of this year because of them not be able to keep their store safe they are passing the cost to the honest customer. When they scan the 98 pound bags of cement that I no longer needed it showed they we purchased at their store. Long story short they refused to issue the store credit! Last week I had the same issue with returning something at Home Depot and I didn’t have a receipt and they issued me store credit with no issues whatsoever! Don’t go to Lowe’s. Today was the last time I will ever go there for anything! Home Depot thank you for keeping the customer first. I guess Lowe’s is ok with sending customers to Home Depot! Again I won’t be back to Lowe’s ever! And will encourage all my friends and neighbors to do the same!

3 employees in the tool area getting in my way as im trying to find a wire brush with my hands over full of other items. The employees are so focused on their stocking that nobody offered to help as i make 3 laps through the tool area. I put my tools back bought only spray paint and left for Harbor Freight. Management here can do better on driving focus to the customer.

We were able to find everything we needed! It took a while for an employee to bring out our grill, but it wasn't so bad. Everything was right where it should be, and I will never get over the joy I feel when I walk through the color and lighting aisles. A generally good experience.

I recently had an experience where the associates and management truly went above and beyond to help my family. This is by far, the best Lowes I have ever been to. I will not shop anywhere else unless absolutely necessary!
