The prices were definitely better compared to online stores, but what stood out the most was the customer service, they’re truly passionate about food, very knowledgeable about their products, and the way they treated us was exceptional! I had to go back a few weeks after the initial purchase to replace one of the items and the store manager remembered our names! I can’t recommend this store enough!

I almost forgot to leave this review and it would’ve been a tragedy. I visited this store on September 22nd in the late afternoon with my son. We weren’t planning on shopping for anything the store offers but the current orange series caught my eye and I thought I might find an early holiday present for my mom. When we got inside, my son got busy pointing out every single orange item in the store and that kept him busy for quite a while. In the meantime, I was approached by Jello who was so personable and warm, I found myself utilizing the moment to ask any question I’ve ever had about the brand and the different tools it offers. Jello helped me to find a tiny pot to use for single servings of pasta sauce and also found me a beautiful set of lavender salt and pepper shakers. My favorite color and we needed a replacement for the pepper. Couldn’t get one and not the other. Anyway, Jello pulled out some of the cutest eclectic items that were exactly what I was into and I was actually having fun. As my son rounded out the store on his last orange discovery, I showed him what I was getting and we met Clare, a coworker of Jello who was near the register and had quick answers when Jello didn’t know the answer to my very niche questions about the brand. I was overjoyed to find that Clare was equally warm and friendly and I could’ve stayed all night just to hang out with these two. Imagine, I wasn’t even going to go in, I saw orange, and because of the Jello/Clare vibes I ended up buying a pot and (not orange) salt and pepper set. And I really look forward to going back to find that perfect orange piece for my mom. I hope Jello and Clare are still there. The store really isn’t of interest to me without them. It was like going on a random mall trip with friends who knew all about what I was shopping for. Chef’s kiss! (Get it?)

The store manager was so incredibly helpful to me when I went here last Saturday! They helped me find the perfect pot in chiffon pink for my mother in law’s birthday. All I want is for that woman to like me and thanks to Clare at Le Creuset that has been made possible! I highly recommend for all your kitchen needs!

The staff in this store is very helpful. They truly are excited to help you pick colors and pieces that will work for you without overselling. Izzy and Amy in particular were so helpful when I shopped there the other day. Izzy showed me lots of colors she thought would work and wrote down all the colors we discussed that I liked. Very helpful and friendly.
