The quality of meat at this place is worst, it’s smelling weird and color of the meat from same packet is different.. BTW it’s a baby goat leg which is of 3.6 lb.. we don’t get to see if they are giving baby goat or normal goat..usually the fat content in baby goat leg should be less but here it’s too much..

I had go through below issues many time including customer service at chai samoosa

1. 2 time dosa will be burnt state . They are just telling it is a crispy one. Not at all taste.

2. Last time they returned and provided another Dosa.

I got a small thread of dish wash scrub and it was visible when dosa was almost finished.. I informed to reception with material got it from dosa and they taken back it..

Question: how many time customer has to return a food item?

3. Before this issue, small mosquito in a coffee and informed and they change that time it self.

Really pathetic service to customers who is coming regularly…

Management has to clearly note on cleanliness of kitchen..

India Bazaar in Franklin sold us stale and smelly food, especially unpleasant-tasting sweets. We called ahead and tried to confirm the freshness of the sweets but overheard a staff member questioning someone if the sweets we asked for were fresh, indicating they sold us stale food intentionally despite having their doubts. Disappointing and disgusting that India Bazaar prioritizes profits over food quality and safety!

I recently visited India Bazar over the weekend and had the pleasure of trying their Sitaphal Rabdi. It was absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and authentic, capturing the essence of traditional Indian desserts perfectly. The experience was so delightful that I plan to visit every weekend just for this treat. Highly recommend India Bazar for anyone looking to indulge in delicious Indian cuisine!

The cleanliness of the store was lacking; there were noticeable stains and dirt on the floors. The store is not well-maintained. Being a grocery store and selling food items, it should be clean. Please address these issues soon.

Clean & well kept place, fresh, well labeled, well stocked, nice and friendly staff.
Good selection of branded products. Easy to get in and out. Quick service and lines generally are attended well.
This store has improved over time since last 3-4 years.
This store is not visible in moving traffic and hidden in the back of the campus.
