Saba was very patient with me. It was my first time financing a car and he explained everything in details. I would recommend checking in their awesome deals and be ready to spend a few hours inside while their tech team evaluates the value of your trade-in car. Went in for a test drive on the Cr-v. I really like this car but wasn’t sure of my chances of purchasing this car. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease with the receptionist making me feel welcomed. The day just got better as I was assisted by Jorge. He listened to me, was patient, answered all my questions and understood what I brought to the table. Jorge makes you feel like he’s been a long time friend and genuinely cares about getting you a good deal. I was then introduced to Mo who was friendly, went over the numbers with me and ultimately helped in me driving off the dealer with my new 2025 Honda Cr-v Sport L. Great Customer Service!!!! Maria Hernandez from the very moment we walked In was extremely helpful. She listened to what we wanted and try her very best to give us what we needed. I was able to Trade IN my vehicle and went out with a brand new Honda CRV 2025. Im not a good person at posting reviews but this time i felt the need to express how the experience went, Maria was very friendly and under no circumstances made you feel pressured or that she was going to take advantage. With the help of her Manager Mo they meet our requirements, and also Mo was very helpful and even with all the hard time we gave him he did not loose his temper, he listened and tried his vest to work with us. Overall the experience at this dealership was great and cannot complain, it will be a place i would return for another purchase.
