I hired Gosselin back in March 2025.
I paid an insurance and got all the reassurance from Arjan from Gosselin.
My items were picked up by a Spanish company called MUNDIMAR who couldn't have been more professional!Hats off to them!"!!

Then the delays began..it took over a month to get to Gosselin warehouse(i was told)I was also contacted each time by a different person

I was finally contacted by Gossel and the Indian partner(Elite Removals..)in June to say the container will arrive in July,Elite removals ,United shippin the clearance process was 100% hassle free.
Subith Niar made it possible for us to get our belongings the day before we left India 3rd August.A big thank you to him.

Crown was the company used for the final leg of the journey,the driver was irresponsible and smug!There was damage to a lot of items.

Positives:Hassle free ,Bribe free and good prices,staff we pleasant to deal with.
Negatives:It took 3 months and a few of my goods were damaged.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are terrible and they have the worse customer service. They have an employee named Monica Quartin that is horrible. This company lost half of my items and they didn’t properly labeled them at the storage facility. We had to wait over a week for them to find all the missing items. While packing they damaged my cabinets and try to claim they were damaged, mind you we had only lived in the house two years to the date. Furthermore they mislabeled many items and lost them. Upon submitting the claim with pictures of the damaged items this pathetic excuse of a human named Monica had the audacity to claim that we dismantled items, we did not, even with the items pictures broken she claimed they weren’t put together can’t do that if they are broken. Also submitted pictures of the missing items in my house and she denied them claiming she couldn’t prove they didn’t arrive. If you are in the military and this company name is in your contract reject it and ask for a different company.

NEVER! Quotation was the only good part. Rest of the operations was a disaster. We moved from Belgium to Netherlands. The coordination with their contractors was a failure from the beginning. The planning was not clear. The packing wasn’t done properly. Some items like espresso mug was covered like football size while the bigger sizes item which were very valuable came uncovered like chairs, cupboards,. We have many small and big damages. In addition, their moving team did not inform us properly on the documents.
Bonus point: one of the moving staff peed on our toilet floor. Real.
After all, we put a lot effort and time in submitting complaints, claims, communication, asking explanations and requesting reimbursement of our claims. They just referred to the insurance we made -which was obviously paid by us -. The company didn’t take any responsibility to fix this very bad experience for us except apologising first. While their sales and operations team admitted the mistakes done on this operation, their management completely ignored our complaints and requests. Then we hired a lawyer and put them on consumenten ombudsdienst, rejecting to pay the high invoice for the very poor service they delivered. And! They replied to consumenten ombudsdienst with a completely made-up story, lying about many aspects of what has actually happened.
This is really a summary of what went wrong, for more information you can contact me.
In short, on the contrary to the impression they give initially, the company is far from being professional. Also, it is impressive that they really think that they can get away with anything. I will depromote this company on every possible opportunity I have. Avoid the headache, find an “average”moving company which will offer a better price and service than this company.

If you want your items stolen and damaged, Gosselin is a company to go to. Shipment took 5x longer than with any other company I ever used. I though that paying premium will get me better service including packing but I couldn't be more wrong. Even the packing was done clumsily and "professionally" packed items were broken and some stolen. Emails remain unasnwered. Stay away if you value your belongings.
