Worst experience ever, just like everybody else.
Parcel tracking says the package has been delivered, whereas nothing was delivered of course. Customer service is absolutely helpless at the phone, they can't contact the delivery guy, they can't do anything beside asking us to wait until the end of the day (so that you call back the day after, and someone else has to care about your problem).

How can such a company still exist ?
How can some people still make business with GLS ?
If you care about your customers' business, don't work with GLS !

I had two interactions with GLS this week, on Tuesday I had a delivery, the courier called 10 minutes prior to his arrival, was very polite. On Wednesday I had a pick up of a package. It’s impossible to know when exactly the courier arrives, he didn’t call me beforehand, he came when I was in front of the school picking up the kids. As I was 5 minutes away I proposed him to wait for me, he said it was impossible and hang up on me. I called him back to ask if he comes later or what do I do now, he hang up on me the second time. I believe this kind of behavior impacts immensely the quality of service for the client. Still don’t know what to do with the package.

Super bad experience! To begin with they did not deliver my parcel (this is the reason provided on tracking webpage “It cannot be delivered as further address information is needed.” and I have the proof that the address was complete and clearly printed on the box). Then I had to go to the logistic center to pick it up by myself. Personally, this was no as bad as what followed. While leaving the center the guard wanted to check the parcel against the authorization slip. I have no problem with that. BUT !!! he went ahead and OPENED THE TRUNK OF MY CAR WITHOUT ASKING FOR MY PERMISSION !!! while I was still in the car!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! What is this? Will the guard be doing a pat check without permission next?

They have delivered 2 out 3 parcels at my place (all of them shipped together) and they are sending the third one back to Sweden with the excuse that the address was wrong... all the parcels of course had the same address... do i need to say something more? Never reply on phone, never reply in email, zero to customer service. I still don't know if this is a fraud company or not. Maybe google should start having a non-star rank as well, they deserve it. Don't use them at any cost.

In total lockdown they claimed no-one was home for the delivery, 2 adults in flat and a building guard on the ground floor- if you lie, at least make it believable.
Tried to follow up, number never gets picked up and no email. In the end I told the vendor to just reimburse me and deal with this awful company themselves.

Be careful when dealing with GLS company, you will get surprised.
Dont call their number!!! there is no answer plus it never stops ringing to charge you money
It is the only way they "work".
My parcel is still waiting to be delivered now 6 days....
Meanwhile I am waiting my parcel another Cie leave me a message telling me to call back a number asking if I was waiting for a parcel...they charged me 3e...
How do you define this people?
Are they working together?............
