The new Jordan's came out. Got the Jordan 11's plus great selection on sale sneakers & slides. Staff was very friendly & quick to respond to those standing in a long line to pick up the #11

Absolutely ridiculous service. Bought 2 pairs of sneakers which the rights are too tight went to exchange the very next day and was told because lint from New socks was on sneakers from trying them on they can't exchange them! However when sneakers were purchased I wasn't allowed to try both sneakers on to know the right was too tight! Do not recommend buying anything from them!

Only good customer service I got was dude at the door.. Other than that it was very unprofessional.. They had music BLASTING they couldn't even here me tell them the sizes I wanted. Never mind the music was not kid friendly.. My kid don't need to hear who's sucking and riding the next chic's man. If they had no star choice they would definitely get it.

So the shoes are cheap there. That doesnt make it foot locker material though. When i went there i picked up the nike zoom hyperflight premiums. When i got home and looked at em they had creases on them. I didn't even were them at that point. I got them for $60 and they are originally $130 at champs. So the sale was good but the shoes were obviously used. AND AT LEAST 30 OTHER SHOES DID NOT HAVE MY SIZE! THEIR STOCK SUCKS. If i wanted to i couldve put down a bad review but my money was saved.

Will not honor return policy, DO NOT buy from this store!!! Sells defective items, and from many sources , will not accept any returns , I am contacting Corporation immediately about this manager/franchise owner whom does not follow company policies!!

First ever trip to Expressions and ended up finding a freshh lightweight camouflage spring/summer Adidas jacket originally priced @ $90 & was on sale for only $25.00... ($coreee!!!)

Had a sale for $79.99 and when I went to pay it was $120!!! They refused to honor the price they had on display. Very poor customer service.
