To the customers of Dicks store, I tell you about my experience with the work team at that store. It was of poor quality. I bought a Nike backpack online and when I received it, all the zipper strips were missing to open it properly. I went to the store to return it and get another one, to my surprise, they were all the same as the one I received. I refer to customer service and the cashier told me that I could order it again and that the product would undoubtedly arrive in good condition. For that, she returned the money to a store card and reordered it. When it arrived, it was exactly like the other one. I went to the store again to return the backpack and they would return my money. But the manager or supervisor, Junior, told me that the system only allowed him to give me a store card and he could not return the money to my card. Be careful, they robbed me in front of my face. I am sharing this with you so that you do not go through the same thing that I did. I hope you have better luck...

Great experience with sales associate Andrea. Hope I’m spelling her name correctly. Very good customer service. Went above and beyond. Calling stores regarding return and exchange and then customer service to complete return. My shoes were purchased in December btw. Thank you AGAIN Andrea!!!!!

Be careful making an online order with employees at this location. I noticed the young lady who did the order on the computer held my card way too long in her hand trying to remember the numbers made herself look too suspicious and never closed the tab when she completed the order for me. She could have easily click the back button. I immediately canceled the card when I left the store.

Of course everything here is overpriced but I went with my daughter to shop for YETI and Stanley cups which are annoyingly all the rage with kids even at her elementary school. We were comparing all the various cups and I would have liked assistance but rather than offer assistance, an employee planted himself no more than 10 feet from us and just kept staring at me and My 9-year-old daughter in a manner that made me extremely uncomfortable because it was obvious he was watching as if we were thieves and just in a creepy manner in general. Just to confirm, I moved to the next aisle out of his sight and he followed me and my young daughter. I then noticed him speaking into his little microphone and he sicced another employee on me and my 9-year-old. We were being stalked. Again, not once did he or anyone ask me if I needed assistance; he was just glaring at me but would look away when I looked in his direction. It was extremely off-putting to the point that I myself asked him if I can help him and told him I didn't appreciate what he was doing.
When I walked in the store, I noticed a sign advertising their credit card which I was also interested in applying for since it offered an incentive. However after this extremely unpleasant, unwelcoming experience, I decided to take my 810 FICO score and business elsewhere. Go ahead and window shop here but save money and heartache by buying online elsewhere. I've always liked Bass Pro much better anyway. Friendlier employees and service too.

This store is extremely well organized, clean and well maintained.
There are plenty of sports related products that are also very well priced.
The staff are professional and friendly.
I am very impressed and grateful to the manager, Herby, for resolving an issue I had so quickly and kindly.
Brandon at the register was quick, helpful and knowledgeable.
Great store to visit for all things sports.

Came here to buy a treadmill, I knew the exact model I wanted. I tried to ask for someone to help us out and they left us standing there for half an hour, no updates, it really didn’t seem like they were looking for anyone to help us at all. Stick to amazon I guess.
