It's a very good company. If you park in the company's parking lot for 24 hours or 45 hours, you will find a container with a toilet and a shower in the corner. They are very good and clean. Thank you very much.

Avoid at any cost. No respect to costumers, they are just wasting our time. Second time I stayed at home to receive a parcel. Guess what happened…Especially the second time, I had been reassured twice over the phone that the package was going to be delivered that afternoon. Shame on you. They also said they called me the days before to check my availability but I didn’t receive any phone call from them… Babel Tower should definable be your role model.

Employees do not respect customers. They say that on the way to you and at the end of the day they call you. They say that the truck is broken. They gave me three false dates.I rented a truck on my own account and came to the center to load my things. I do not advise anyone to deal with them. This is my experience with them.

Adding an edit : I placed 4 orders with various stores for my bathroom. The couriers that Megabad, X2O and Sawiday used were all very happy to offload into my garage - Megabad had the biggest by delivery far with a huge bath and 2m shower doors. It's only the order from Reuter who used Dachser to deliver that insisted it had to be left on the street. So confirms my comments below.

Do yourself a favour and check their reviews on Trustpilot before considering using these people - as it's quite evident from their google reviews (which they dont bother to respond to either) that they simply do not care for their customers or their reputation - they simply ignore their bad feedback. I received my delivery today by a very unfriendly driver who simply left my order in the street in the rain. And to be clear, I have a very normal driveway straight to my garage which no company to date has an issue delivering to, including things like 250sqm of flooring which came on 20-30 paletts, my kitchen cabinates, tiles, freestanding bath's etc etc etc. This company, nope, didnt want to bother and simply offloaded my shipment onto the street and made me sign acceptance. Based on their "we don't care" attitude, I would suggest that anyone considering using this company to rather look for a more repuatable courier company who actually follows up on customer feedback - as Dachser will eventually die off due to their bad reviews and bad attitudes.

Place them in your GPS navigator.
About Dascher Logistics:
People are nice and helpful, showers for the truck drivers are available,the loading is taking hours.
