l'hotel est propre, assez réçent mais la déco est épouvantable et déprimante. La piscine et le jacuzzis sont par contre très bien et ont sauvé le séjour par ailleurs pas donné! Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner.

bonjour a tous,||si vous voulez du bon golf de la chaleurrrrrr et un bon hôtel voila la place. piscine super agréable service a la piscine, et beaucoup de chaleur.||le service et la qualité des chambres versus le prix ouf.||coucher de soleil vu de la chambre avec la vue sur les montagnes wow .||je vous recommande cette hôtel sans retenu.||très bien localiser près de palm Springs. beaucoup de services ||luc

i had a long terrible night and i wanted to check in but i had complications (on my end) and since i was kinda drunk, i was being rude to the front desk guy, Alex, but he was so patient with me. He was still kind and gave me like 100% friendly service and he deserves a raise
he didn’t have to be patient with me or kind, i was unfortunately really upset and taking it out on him but i apologized and will continue to in this review Even after the chaos i gave him, he gave me and my friends water 🙁 he’s awesome and deserves a raise for real if this is how he handles poorly behaved customers. I’m sorry again Alex … u have a good heart!!!

Extremely rude lady at the front check-in counter late tonight at ~9PM （Oct. 17, 2024).
Here is my story.
First, she gave me a key without writing down the room number on the paper key holder. When I came back from the elevator asking for the room number she was not happy about my approach and didn’t apologize for forgetting the room number. Then she said I had to leave “her” property as if she owned this hotel. Eventually I was kicked out of the hotel without getting my money back and she told me she could do whatever she wanted in her hotel (maybe her dad owns this hotel?). I have never met a person working in the hospitality business with her level of rudeness. What a night as we had to drag our bags and move to Hyatt Palm Springs for the night. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel location.

Minimally adequate room but be prepared to be surrounded by trashy people due to it's proximity to the I10 freeway. We are stuck here for two nights waiting for a flight out. Blaring TV and constant banging from adjacent rooms. The bed sinks halfway to the floor when you sit on it. How is this even a Marriott?

Honestly this hotel was good. My only dislike was that i could not make the room lower than 68 degrees. I like my room at 64 degrees. I did call the front desk to see if i was able to change the settings on the AC. He said no. I slept ok but not as comfortable as i wanted to.

Room was great! i’d definitely recommend requesting a room with a balcony over looking the pool vs parking lot. pool was amazing and could lay there all day long!

They don't seem to stock many guest supplies like other courtyards I have been to. No ibuprofen, 3 hersey bars, and no other snacks. Bistro had no cook or bar tender, so that was useless.
