I love Costco. Things that I need in larger quantities are so affordable here. Gas is also a better bargaining to next door. Nowadays, cutting costs is a must. Nevertheless, things that I buy individually is better elsewhere because of others have more selections and styles at the similar comparable prices.

Today is my first time visiting this Costco location and it went well. Clean and friendly atmosphere inside and out from the greeter’s, customers, and staff. Pricing from electronics, clothing, food etc was reasonable and keep a great inventory on updating the sales floor. Definitely will be back for future service

I bought the most expensive Prada frame coating peeled off, defected frame, Costco refused to replace it with bad attitude! Asked me to talk optical manager Kim Hammel, I went Costco twice, but she was not there!

Parking can be stressful when you can't find a spot which seems to happen during peak shopping hours. This branch is extremely popular. Despite the crowds, the store is well stocked and the staff are courteous and efficient at moving the lines at checkout.

There’s still good people in the world + I was lucky enough to come in contact with one of those people today. Theo, who had a reflective safety vest on approached me in the rain and offered to make a deal, he’d load my cart up and I’d load my toddler. He came out of nowhere, with no hesitation and met a solo momma right there in a time of imma just push through this and get soaked with my toddler. He even loaded my cooler bag as I travel a good distance to Costco. Thank you Theo for being a selfless kind human, I hope kindness is shown back to you tenfold.

Don't buy tires here! Brought our car in with two perfectly healthy front tires and two back tires that were inexplicably losing air. Asked for back tires to be replaced. Waited 5 hours and finally got car back. That very same afternoon, front tire suddenly went from 34 to 25 to 22 to flat by morning. Suspect someone rotated back tire to front and replaced wrong tire! When we called Costco all they could say was invoice was shredded and did we have proof the wrong tire was replaced?. And that we'd have to wait another 6 hours to have them take a look at it. Horrible customer service and horrible outcome - we had to take car to a different tire place to have the front tire fixed. Never again.
