Ordered items online. No response even after 3 days. Number provided is not working. Finally I made a call to the store and enquired. They informed no delivery person available. I cancelled the order. Worst part is that - in the site they mentioned next day delivery. No communication in case of delay. None of the numbers provided were working. No response to mail. It was around 2 days I cancelled the order . No refund or at least confirmation yet. Pathetic service.

You get many Asian food items here. I found some items are super expensive for example cashuw nuts . I found HK store in Woodley is bit less expensive.

The products are up to date. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh, whenever I buy. Variety of indian products are available in Big Bazaar❤️

I visit this shop many times but my experience of last time visit was so bad. After paying exorbitant price , as a customer we can expect decent product. But unfortunately we have received this service. Never going back again.

Stop selling expired products! How many gentle reminders do you need? Your excuse is that people still want to buy it at discounted prices. But you still keep the products in a regular shelf. It’s 3 months past the best before date, you’re not allowed to legally even sell it!!

Be careful ! Most of haldiram stuff is EXPIRED at this store ! When complaint they said it’s Best Before ! Absolutely ridiculous ! Wokingham council need to attend this site ASAP !

Always very pleased to buy all Grocery from Big Bazaar even they got really fresh vegetable and fruits as well, when ever i want any thing specific or couldn't find any thing people who work there always very friendly and helpful! Thank you Big Bazaar ?
