The staff here are great, they are knowledgeable and outgoing. I always have a easy time shopping here. There are many gift sets to choose from and unique items. They are also always having raffles, the baskets are gorgeous and the money usually goes to mental health ? ❤

I love this location! They are always stocked, especially when there's a holiday or points event! They can pull up all my purchases to find out what brand/colour I used last! Josie is very informative, knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure! I love when she calls me to invite me to in-store and online events, it really makes me feel like a valued customer!

I am one of those many people who have to get medications every month. I am not talking about 1 or 2 prescriptions, I am talking about 5 a month. It would be amazing if I could fill all my prescriptions at once and not have to come back a different day because they owe me a balance. They never have my full subscriptions in stock. Its annoying.

All I can say is some of their staff need more training..the lol beauty expert...sent me home with a mens cologne When it was obviously for me . I look like a female no doubt about it I had told her that PREVIOUSLY that It was for myself and looked at other women's fragrances and tried a few. Well she sent me home with the mens version of the perfume. So I wasted some more of my time and gas to go and return it. No apology came my way. Not a peep.go to Hudson bays perfume counters they are WAY more knowledgeable and their beauty experts have manners. Unlike shoppers .
Will not buy any more perfume from them. Not because she gave me the wrong perfume but because of her poor customer service when I came back. Unacceptable service.

Over priced stuff, good selection but I hate how the staff literally follows you around and is always 2 steps behind you.. I want to shop and be left alone not have a staff member breath down my throat.
