The Queen Of Insights

If you are tempted to go in, RUN away.
It is the worst customer service I have ever had.
This place deserves a zero star if possible.
I thought I could come here as my Go-To place and I prefer to go to Dual Spice and trek to the East village instead.
This review is from the perspective of a non-Indian who has studied Ayurvedic cooking and loves shopping for herbs and spices as primary prevention.
The good:
Place has whole sale type sizes for your legumes and spices
It is well spaced and varied
The bad:
Many things don't have prices on them but that's todays norm
The very ugly:
In my years being a customer, I have never seen this level of deplorable customer service. I think there will be better customer service in hell than here.
So I had about $100 worth of items in my basket and it was mostly spices and bottles . There was no one else after me and the place was rather empty. I went to the cashier and according to the receipt, her name is ABC. I see that she rings everything and I just came out from hand procedure so I had a bandage on my hand, when I asked her if she could help me pack my bag, she gave me the most evil look and said that it is not part of her job description and she will still do it and literally threw everything including bottles and everything in my bag with anger and contempt. I just wanted to get out of there and never go back.
Maybe other people have better services and with the name of cash and carry maybe that's the attitude. I didn't notice the name of the place until I started doing the review.
I don't like to give one or zero stars if possible to a place however based on the quality of the service and that I had a nicer cashier at the nearby Dollar General store I wish I never even have walked in here.
