Giving 1 star since there is no option to give 0 star. Out of 10 mangoes in the box, 7 are rotten. Over that very irresponsible behavior from staff when they say they cannot do anything about it. What we paid is 99 $ for 2 boxes. Dont sell rotten products and make profits.

Buyer be aware of this location.

Purchased Alphanso Mango from Apna Bazaar Bellevue location. I found 4 out of them were rotten (attached pic below) but they did not return remaining mangoes nor any refund issued. I left the box with remaining mangoes at the counter and walked away.

Similar, horrible customer experience I read below in the review, so it seems this is their normal behavior to treat customers.

Customer satisfaction and retainment is the least they consider over doing business and doing so they forget this is America.

I am going to raise another complain on consumer forum, leaving a review for now.

Response from your trained staff was “We have already paid for the mangoes, so we cannot return even if it is rotten inside”.

But at the same time your staff forgets that customer has also paid for the mangoes.

Nobody can see inside the mango if its rotten or not, however, a true customer centric behavior is to replace or refund for defective items, which is lacking in your staff.

I purchased saffola oil and they did not give me the freebie which said that free 1 litre pouch, last time I had purchased poha and it was missing in my purchased items when I arrived home. Pls be careful and check your purchase twice as they are very dishonest.

Changing my review from 4 to 1 star after one year as the service quality is degraded a lot. Firstly most of their products on aisle are expired specifically Masala/spices and when I went to return it, they didn't even accepted it.

Very poor and pathetic service and my request would be to check the expiration date for all packet foods.

Very bad experience with Mangoes purchased from Apna Bazaar. All were bad.They should stop selling bad mangoes to customers and issue refund for the same.

Prices on the shelves did not match final price on the receipt for a lot of products which is a scam! Note that many other reviews mentioned the same thing.
Moreover, the product labelling in the shelves is scattered, so it took a lot of time to find the right labels.

Great selection of Indian groceries but TERRIBLE labeling and wrong pricing.

Bad experience on online shoppers multiple times; Apna Bazaar unresponsive!
There are no guarantees on the delivered goods and you are at the mercy of the assigned shopper. Had very bad experience with shopper Manasi Pkr who picks the most stale veggies and fruits when selecting for you; this happened multiple times and it was always the same shopper while other times the delivery was good.
For small orders it ends up being very costly as the delivery charges are not refundable (free delivery over $100) and min delivery is $25 + $7 for delivery and if you are ordering few veggies and fruits and they are stale, you are just overspending as they don't refund the delivery charge even if most of the delivery is very bad.
