You guys were good communicators got me the car I wanted at a good price. Car drives great. Exactly what I needed.
Got home and my wife immediately saw two scratches about an inch and a half long in the passenger door. Notified Dillon immediately. He told me I could bring it down for your paint guy to look at it but couldn’t tell me when to be there, whether it would get looked at that day or any assurances I would be taken care of.

Called Allen Toyota parts desk today and spoke with a gentleman named Harold. He informed me that the transmission I am looking for has an ETA of 4-6 weeks or longer.
Well, instead of just ending the call and going about his day, Harold took it upon himself to reach out to a friend of his (experiences in transmissions) to ask a question for me regarding advice.
He then went even further by finding other distributors of this transmission and giving me their shops name.
I found what Harold did to be very professional and it was greatly appreciated that he didn't just "do his job" he tried to help another person.
Great job Harold. I will definitely be returning to Allen Toyota solely due to his professionalism.

Had a mouse chew up my wiring harness. The repair took longer than expected but they fix a recall issue as well since it was needed. The Service Advisor kept me informed every step of the process. Good as new.

Bought the 24 tundra. Still don’t have spare key. Mike with service is great he will go farther for u than other employees. This is our 4 th Toyota and 2nd store and they are ok.
The mechanics are half azs there watch ur oil filter they scam on that I sign my oil filter and one time they forgot to change it. So I can’t complain it’s a Toyota but I give this store a 7
I have had 5 problems with them in 2 years.
And in Anderson sc I never had one in 10 years
